Competition Litigation Associate | 1–5 PQE | London

An elite international law firm is looking to strengthen its highly regarded Competition Litigation practice with the appointment of an ambitious Associate at 1–5 PQE.

This is an opportunity to join a market-leading team handling some of the UK and Europe’s most complex and high-profile competition disputes, working alongside leading practitioners across a genuinely international platform.

The role will have a strong contentious focus, with particular exposure to private enforcement, competition litigation and collective actions. The successful lawyer will be involved in matters before the High Court and Competition Appeal Tribunal, as well as complex, multi-jurisdictional disputes and investigations.

  • Work on high-value, complex competition litigation from an early stage through to resolution.
  • Gain significant exposure to CAT collective actions, follow-on and standalone damages claims.
  • Work on multi-jurisdictional matters alongside leading competition lawyers across Europe and beyond.

The Ideal Candidate

The team is looking for a bright, commercially minded competition lawyer with 1–5 PQE and genuine contentious experience.

  • Experience of competition disputes in the High Court and/or Competition Appeal Tribunal is essential, with exposure to collective actions particularly attractive.

The role would suit someone looking to take their competition litigation career to the next level within a team handling some of the most significant disputes in the market.
