We have an excellent opportunity for an Italian-speaking Complaint Handler to join our Complaints Team, based in our Glasgow office. The role supports the Complaints function by ensuring accurate assessment and dedicated management of complaints.
We are happy to consider applicants with experience in a Customer Services role from financial services, call centers, or hospitality sectors. We provide full comprehensive training on complaints processes and regulations to allow our people to be successful in this post.

Key responsibilities
- Ensure complaints are identified, investigated, and resolved promptly and fairly
- Investigate complaints thoroughly, correctly identifying root causes
- Write Final Resolution Letters
- Meet Chubb’s Quality and Efficiency Standards
- Focus on SLA’s and Regulatory timelines
- Pipeline/Caseload management
- Work to Chubb’s Standards and Frameworks
- Participate in the Training and Competency Framework
