Customer Services – Complaints Department (Temporary)
Immediate Start | Bedford
Hourly rate: 14.65 per hour
We’re recruiting temporary staff to join the Customer Services team within the Complaints Department for our Bedford-based client, with immediate start dates. This role is well suited to individuals who are patient, people-focused, and empathetic, and who can confidently handle sensitive customer situations while delivering a professional service.

What’s on offer:
- Duration: 6 weeks initially but could be extended
- Training: 3 days (fully paid)
- Working Hours: 9am-5pm
- Overtime available, once trained, paid at time and a half
What we’re looking for:
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong written English
- A calm, professional, and empathetic approach
- Confidence handling customer complaints and resolving issues effectively
- A genuine desire to help customers and improve their experience
