Full Time - Permanent - Hybrid (2 office days per week) - £38,000 per annum
The Role
The Complaints Resolutions Officer is responsible for making sure that actions promised to customers as part of Stage 1 complaint resolutions are followed up, delivered and clearly recorded. The role will support the effective closure of complaints by checking that agreed actions have been completed, customers are kept proactively informed about progress or any changes, and outcomes are confirmed with the customer wherever possible.

What We Are Looking For
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management
- Understanding of the complaints process and procedures
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of the Housing Ombudsman Code
- Great communication skills - both verbal and written
