Job Title
We are looking for a highly organised and motivated person with significant administrative experience to join us. This role will support our Divisional and Business Unit teams to manage complaints, risks and incidents. The successful candidate will play a significant role in liaising between professionals and departments, helping processes to work smoothly, unblocking issues and ensuring key aspects of governance function well. This post is located in the Cancer, Diagnostics & Clinical Support Division (CDCS).
Responsibilities
- Track activity and requests accurately.
- Problem solving including allocations and delays.
- Support timely responses.
- Support learning activity.
- Administer key meetings.
- Use of key systems to produce and monitor information.
- Produce high quality information.
