This is a hybrid role working 3 days in the office (City of London location) and 2 days working from home.

Role Purpose

Working closely with Mortgages, BTL & Bridging Lending Divisions and external stakeholders to progress applications from offer through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work in partnership with mandated underwriters, our Panel solicitors, and external stakeholders to gather outstanding documents and referencing requirements for Mortgage, Bridging and BTL applications.
  • Consult with a pre-approved panel of Solicitors and Introducers to provide quick, accurate and reliable updates to post-offer conditions and requirements.
  • Make decisions in line with Credit Risk and internal Policies and Procedures whilst processing incoming completion documentation to satisfy offer conditions.
  • Proactively manage the offer pipeline through to completion, consulting with Panel solicitors regarding Offer conditions, Certificates of Titles, the release of funds and registration of charges with Land Registry.
  • Adhere to internal underwriting policy and regulatory requirements – FCA, PRA, Money Laundering, Prevention of Financial Crime, Data Protection etc.
  • Undertake project and ad-hoc pieces of work at management request
