Complex Care Assistant – Farndon

Location: Farndon

Shifts: Tuesday and Thursday 4pm–8pm, plus Saturday 9am–5pm (2-person team)

Part-time hours – can you fit this around another role?

We welcome applications from all genders.

About The Role

You'll provide 1-2-1 specialist care to a young boy with Cerebral Palsy in his own home. You'll support with personal care, movement, positioning, and daily living.

Essential

What you need

  • Right to work in the UK without employer support
  • Car driver with access to a vehicle, or local to Farndon
  • At least 6 months paid care experience in the UK
  • Reliable and committed to delivering safe, compassionate care
  • Willingness to complete specialist training
