About This Care Opportunity

We're looking for a dedicated Complex Care Assistant to support our client in Ulverston.

This role offers the chance to make a real difference, providing personalised care that helps someone thrive in their own home.

Your Role Will Include

  • Providing personalised assistance with daily living activities
  • Administering medication and supporting health needs
  • Assisting with mobility and positioning to ensure comfort
  • Offering companionship and emotional support
  • Performing clinical interventions as required for complex care needs
  • Maintaining accurate care records and collaborating with healthcare professionals
