Complex Care Assistant
Location: Middlesbrough
Pay Rate: £14.24 - £16.00 per hour (including holiday pay)
Fully funded Enhanced DBS
Shifts: Various 6 to 12-hour shifts available, guaranteed hours available after successful probation
About The Role
Routes Healthcare is looking for experienced Complex Care Assistants to provide specialist one-to-one support to clients with complex healthcare needs in their own homes.

Duties Include
- Personal care and daily living support
- Tracheostomy, ventilation and respiratory care
- PEG feeding and medication support
- Monitoring client well being and reporting concerns
- Following care plans and maintaining accurate records
Requirements
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
- Full UK Driving Licence And Own Vehicle Essential
- Minimum 6 months' paid UK care experience
- Compassionate, reliable and committed to high-quality care
- Willingness to complete specialist complex care training
