Complex Care Assistant

Location: Middlesbrough

Pay Rate: £14.24 - £16.00 per hour (including holiday pay)

Fully funded Enhanced DBS

Shifts: Various 6 to 12-hour shifts available, guaranteed hours available after successful probation

About The Role

Routes Healthcare is looking for experienced Complex Care Assistants to provide specialist one-to-one support to clients with complex healthcare needs in their own homes.

Duties Include

  • Personal care and daily living support
  • Tracheostomy, ventilation and respiratory care
  • PEG feeding and medication support
  • Monitoring client well being and reporting concerns
  • Following care plans and maintaining accurate records

Requirements

  • Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
  • Full UK Driving Licence And Own Vehicle Essential
  • Minimum 6 months' paid UK care experience
  • Compassionate, reliable and committed to high-quality care
  • Willingness to complete specialist complex care training
