Female Complex Care Assistant
Location: Willington
Pay Rate: £14.24 per hour (including holiday pay) + Fully funded Enhanced DBS and guaranteed hours available after successful probation
Shift pattern: 8:00 AM - 15:00 PM and nights 10 PM - 8 AM
About the Role
Routes Healthcare is seeking a Female Complex Care Assistant to provide 1-to-1 care in a client's home. You will support individuals with learning disabilities, challenging behavior, and complex health needs, helping them live safely, comfortably, and independently.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver person-centred care with dignity and respect
- Support medication and clinical observations
- Assist with nutrition and epilepsy (training provided)
- Follow individual care plans
- Maintain accurate care records
- Work closely with families and healthcare professionals

Requirements
Essential:
- Minimum 6 months UK care experience
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship)
- Experience with challenging behavior and nonverbal clients
- Reliable, compassionate, and professional

Desirable:
- Experience in complex care
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care
