Complex Care Coordinator

Croydon, South London

£28,000 - £32,000 plus bonus

Full time – Monday to Friday, 9-5pm

(As our South East branch grows, you will be required to play a key role in the shared, on-call rota)

If you’re inspired by the idea of helping others live safely and with dignity, our Complex Care Coordinator gives you the chance to make that impact every day.

You will play a pivotal role in rota management, scheduling and matching HCAs and nurses to our care packages, communicating with the families of the people we support and advocating for their needs during multi-agency meetings. You will build strong relationships with your clients and become an extension of their families and support network.

You’ll work closely with our management team and travel across Greater London & the home counties (Kent, Surrey, Essex, Herts, Berkshire, Sussex), so a Full UK Driving Licence and your own vehicle are essential.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
