Complex Care Coordinator
As a complex care coordinator, you will be planning and rostering care staff into shifts and ensure that the care workers and nurses that are responsible for delivering care and support on a day-to-day basis attend their shifts as planned.
About the Role
The care coordinator will:
- Organise rotas a month in advance for the complex care clients.
- Build and develop strong relationships with staff members (carers and nurses).
- Build and develop strong relationships with clients.
- Obtain staff availability.
- Communicate with staff and clients in a respectful, professional, and friendly manner.
- Handle on-call responsibility.

About You
- Strong communication skills both over the phone and via written communication.
- A problem solver, quick thinker, and solution-driven.
- Previous coordination experience either in complex care or domiciliary care.
- The right to work in the UK and a full UK driving licence.

What’s on Offer for the Complex Care Coordinator?
- A salary of £30,000.
- Hours are Mon to Fri 9am – 5pm, plus on call is 1 in 5 weekends (this could reduce in time) and 1 evening / morning per week (1700 - 2300/0600 - 0900). However, this may change to a different schedule, so someone who is open to a different work schedule which would involve some weekend work.
- The role is office-based (outskirts of Whitstable), with occasional travel in Kent to meet clients / families.
