Role Overview
As a Complex Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and rostering care staff into shifts, ensuring that care workers and nurses attend their shifts as planned.
Responsibilities
- Organise rotas a month in advance for complex care clients
- Build and develop strong relationships with staff members (carers and nurses)
- Build and develop strong relationships with clients
- Obtain staff availability
- Communicate with staff and clients in a respectful, professional, and friendly manner
- On call responsibility

- Strong communication skills both over the phone and via written communication
- Problem solver, quick thinker, and solution driven
- Previous coordination experience either in complex care or domiciliary care
- Right to work in the UK and a full UK driving licence
Benefits
- Salary of £30,000
- Office based (outskirts of Brighton) Mon to Fri 9am - 5pm, with occasional travel to Essex to meet clients / families
- Mon to Fri 9am – 5pm, plus on call is 1 in 5 weekends (this could reduce in time) and 1 evening / morning per week (1700 - 2300/0600 - 0900)
