We’re looking for kind, compassionate and enthusiastic people to join #TeamBaxterView as Complex Care Practitioners, supporting eight individuals to live happy, independent and fulfilling lives in their own homes.
Up to 39 hours per week

Meet the people you’ll support
We support people with a range of needs, including acquired brain injuries, to live as independently as possible.
- One lady we support loves being out and about whether that’s shopping, coffee, dinner or heading to her clubs. She’s sociable, kind, funny and loves a bit of banter with her team. She also enjoys having her hair and make-up done every day.
- One of the gentlemen we support is a huge football fan. He loves following his team, going to matches, enjoying a pint and having a bet on the football. He likes keeping busy, getting out into the community and chatting to people along the way and he always looks forward to a holiday!
One day you might be supporting someone to get out for a coffee, go shopping or attend their favourite club. Another day could involve helping someone manage their home, enjoy their hobbies, meet friends or head out to watch their football team.
No two people are the same and no two days are the same.

You’ll need to be comfortable working independently and, with the right training and support, be willing to develop your confidence in supporting people whose behaviour may sometimes be challenging.

Shift Patterns
We provide dedicated around the clock support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so our shift patterns do involve early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays and sleepovers. We have a mixture of short and long shifts.

Successful candidates will be required to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and be committed to working towards an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare with the support from our Training Academy.
Please note - If you have spent more than 12 months out with the UK (excluding France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania or Spain) within the last 10 years while over the age of 18, you will be asked to provide a criminal record certificate from the relevant government/police authority as part of our pre-employment checks.
If you’re successful in joining our team, we will need you to register with the SSSC within 3 months of starting your employment with us.
