Job Role: Support Worker
Service: 3L Chapel
Location: Winsford
Hours: Various night shifts available
Pay: £12.71 - £13.21 per hour
Higher Rate: Available once trained and signed off as competent in tracheostomy and ventilation care
No experience? No problem! Full training and support will be provided.

About Chapel House
Chapel House is a warm, welcoming 10-bedroom home in Winsford, with a spacious lounge, private garden, and sensory room. We provide 24-hour nursing care for people with acquired brain injuries, with a person-centered approach that puts each person's needs and wellbeing first.

The People We Support
- Provide high-quality, person-centered care in line with individual support plans.
- Support with personal care, medication, activities, and physical and emotional wellbeing.
- Listen to and respect the choices and preferences of the people we support.
- Build positive relationships with families, colleagues, and other professionals.
- Follow safeguarding procedures and report any concerns.
- Support the Service Manager with complaints or concerns when required.
- Help create a safe, caring, and positive environment.

We Change Lives (WCL) is a charity based in Northwest England, dedicated to empowering individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, dementia, mental health issues, and older people. Our mission is to support people in leading purposeful lives through compassionate care in residential homes, supported living schemes, and community services.
