About The Role

We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Complex Cases Manager to join our Property Projects team. In this role, you'll take ownership of a varied caseload of complex housing issues, including repairs, complaints, damp and mould, disrepair, and high-risk HHSRS cases. Acting as the key point of contact for residents, you'll manage cases from investigation through to resolution, ensuring concerns are addressed effectively, repairs are completed, and customers feel supported throughout the process.

Working closely with residents, contractors, internal teams, legal services, and external stakeholders such as the Housing Ombudsman, you'll coordinate solutions, manage risks, and drive positive outcomes. Your ability to build trust, communicate with empathy, and navigate challenging situations will play a vital role in improving residents' homes and experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex repairs, complaints, damp and mould, disrepair, and HHSRS cases through to resolution.
  • Act as the main point of contact for residents, providing regular updates and support.
  • Investigate complaints and deliver fair, timely, and customer-focused outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, contractors, and internal stakeholders to drive successful case resolution.
  • Coordinate complex case reviews and stakeholder meetings.
  • Prepare responses for the Housing Ombudsman and other external bodies.
  • Manage legal access cases in partnership with operational and legal teams.
  • Maintain accurate case records and management information.
  • Support vulnerable residents and signpost appropriate services where required.
  • Ensure all interactions are handled with empathy, professionalism, and care.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
