Experienced Complex Gluer Operator
📍 Gateshead | Graphic Packaging International
Join a global leader in sustainable packaging and help produce high-quality packaging solutions for some of the world's most recognised food, beverage, and household brands.
We're looking for an experienced Complex Gluer Operator to join our manufacturing team in Gateshead. You'll be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining complex folder gluing machinery, ensuring products meet customer specifications while delivering high standards of quality, safety, and performance.

What You'll Be Doing
- Operating and setting complex folder gluing machinery
- Monitoring quality standards and customer specifications
- Carrying out routine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Supporting continuous improvement activities
- Training and supporting team members
- Maintaining excellent health, safety, and housekeeping standards
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience operating complex folder gluing machinery
- Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
- Manufacturing experience, ideally within print, packaging, or carton production
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
