Every Child Deserves to Be Included
Education shouldn't become inaccessible because a child needs additional physical, health, communication or personal support.
Sometimes the difference between simply being present at school and being able to genuinely participate is having the right person alongside you.
A specialist educational setting in Ivybridge is looking for a Complex Needs Education Support Assistant to start as soon as possible.
You'll work with children and young people who require additional support throughout their school day, combining practical care with encouragement, learning support and a strong focus on independence.
See the Ability, Not Just the Need
The pupils you support may have a combination of special educational needs, disabilities, communication differences, physical needs and additional health or care requirements.
Every young person will be different.
You'll get to know what helps each pupil communicate, engage, feel comfortable and participate as independently as possible.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
