About the Role
South West based charitable housing association BCHA was founded over 50 years ago with a continuing mission to meet housing need and end homelessness. We aim to achieve this through the building and provision of affordable and secure homes, and by supporting individuals to take control and lead independent, fulfilled lives. Position:
In this role you will provide holistic health and wellbeing support, helping families to thrive within the home environment, sustain positive outcomes and retain their tenancies. This role is supporting families.
You will be working as part of a team to provide support to our customers and preventing homelessness. Your positive attitude towards your work and others will help to contribute to a great working environment. You will have a calm and personable manner and be able to handle potentially difficult situations.

Requirements:
- Safeguarding of children and adults in a similar environment

- Working with customers on a one to one basis
- Working with customers in a caring/supportive environment
