Complex Needs Teaching Assistant
£85 - £102 per day

EYFS support – SEND / Complex Needs
The Role
As a Complex Needs Teaching Assistant, you will support EYFS pupils with SEND and complex needs. You will help children engage with play-based learning, follow routines and develop early communication, social, and independence skills. You will work closely with teaching staff and the SEN team to provide consistent, caring support throughout the school day.

You should be calm, reliable, and confident supporting young children who may need extra reassurance, structure, and individualized support. Requirements
- 2:2 degree or above in Psychology, Education, Childhood Studies, or a related subject.
- A genuine interest in supporting EYFS pupils with SEND and complex needs.
- Strong communication skills and a calm, nurturing approach.
- The ability to follow guidance and provide consistent support around individual needs.
- Enhanced DBS – Must hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS certificate.
