Compliance / Customer Service Administrator
📍 Kingston upon Thames
💷 £14-£18 per hour (depending on experience)
⏰ Temporary Opportunity | Immediate Start Available
Hybrid - 1 to 2 days in office
Are you an organised administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you enjoy coordinating schedules, working with multiple stakeholders and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes?
We're recruiting for a candidate to join a busy and supportive healthcare organisation on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is immediately available and looking to utilise their administration, coordination and organisational skills in a rewarding role.

What you'll be doing:
- Managing and publishing staff rotas
- Coordinating shift bookings and resolving last-minute staffing issues
- Supporting onboarding and compliance processes
- Maintaining accurate personnel records and databases
- Monitoring shared inboxes and responding to enquiries
- Producing reports and providing updates to stakeholders
- Liaising with a wide range of clinical and non-clinical professionals
- Supporting inductions and training administration
We're looking for:
- Previous administration, coordination, customer service or compliance experience
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to prioritise workloads and work proactively
- Confident IT and database skills
- Someone who enjoys building relationships and working as part of a team
