About The Role

We are working with an established financial services business that is looking for a Compliance Administrator to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience within financial services who is looking to develop their career within compliance. You will provide administrative and operational support to the compliance function, helping to ensure the business continues to meet its regulatory and internal requirements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Compliance team
  • Assist with compliance monitoring and reviews
  • Maintain accurate compliance records and documentation
  • Support the preparation and completion of compliance reports
  • Assist with monitoring FCA regulatory requirements and internal procedures
  • Review client files and documentation for completeness and compliance
  • Help identify and escalate potential compliance issues
  • Maintain compliance registers and trackers
  • Assist with audits and regulatory requests
  • Support the team with policies, procedures and ongoing compliance projects
  • Liaise with advisers, paraplanners and internal teams regarding compliance queries
  • Ensure all work is completed accurately and within required timescales

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience within financial services administration
  • Ideally some exposure to compliance, risk or financial planning
  • Good understanding of FCA-regulated environments
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
  • Professional, proactive and analytical approach
