Salary: £30,277 + excellent benefits
Location: Letchworth Garden City
Hybrid working: Two days per week in the office, three days per week working from home.
Contract: 6-month fixed-term contract (maternity/parental leave cover)
Hours: 37 per week

About the role
We are looking for a Compliance Administrator to join our Compliance team on a six-month fixed-term contract. You will work closely with contract managers across compliance, investment, and asset services, providing day-to-day administrative support to help ensure contracts run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with organisational standards.
You will support contract setup, liaise with residents and contractors, manage customer queries, assist with invoice processing, maintain accurate data, and help deliver contracts to time, cost, and quality. This role is ideal for someone organised, confident using systems, and comfortable working with multiple teams and external partners.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with contract administration including initial setup and preparation of work orders
- Liaise with residents, contractors, and internal teams such as leasehold and finance
- Manage customer queries and ensure timely responses
- Support contractor payment processes and invoice handling
- Work as part of a project team to deliver contracts effectively
- Provide cover for contract meetings, including taking and issuing minutes
- Assist with preparing fobs and maintaining the door entry system
- Support reviews and improvements to contract management processes
- Accurately input and maintain data
- Carry out any other reasonable duties to support great service delivery

About you
Essential
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Confident using Word, Excel, email, and other IT systems
- Experience carrying out general administration duties including raising purchase orders
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Methodical approach with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work accurately with figures
- Problem-solving skills with a practical, common-sense approach
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Accurate data entry and fast keyboard skills
- Commitment to professional development, including working towards Chartered Institute of Housing membership
Preferable
- Flexible and able to meet organisational needs
- Experience processing invoices
- Knowledge of compliance servicing cycles
