Hybrid Working | £14.20 per hour | 40 hours per week

Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident working with data? We're looking for a Compliance Administrator to play a key role in managing annualised hours, workforce planning, reporting, and payroll support across our contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative, analytical, or workforce planning experience who enjoys problem-solving, working with stakeholders, and ensuring operational processes run smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Maintain and monitor annualised hours plans across multiple sites.
  • Track workforce hours, balances, forecasts, and labour deployment.
  • Produce accurate reports and identify trends, risks, and discrepancies.
  • Support payroll, accrual, and year-end reconciliation processes.
  • Coordinate information between Operations, Finance, Payroll, and Contract Support teams.
  • Investigate data issues and ensure records are accurate and audit-ready.
  • Act as the first point of contact for annualised hours queries.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying process efficiencies and best practices.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in workforce administration, labour planning, payroll support, finance administration, or a similar data-driven role.
  • Strong Excel skills, including formulas, data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to work collaboratively with managers and stakeholders.
  • Experience handling confidential workforce or payroll information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams.

Desirable

  • Experience with annualised hours, time banking, or LIEU arrangements.
  • Workforce management or scheduling systems knowledge.
  • Payroll, labour cost control, or financial reconciliation experience.
  • Understanding of working time, payroll, and data protection requirements.
