£28,000 – £35,000 dependent on experience and qualifications

It is looking for a detail-driven Compliance Administrator to join a growing Financial Planning firm in Warrington. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a structured environment and wants to build a long-term career in compliance within financial services.
The Compliance Administrator Role
Working closely with the compliance team and advisers, you will help ensure the firm operates within regulatory requirements while maintaining high standards of client service.

- Supporting the compliance function with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Conducting file reviews to ensure regulatory standards are met
- Maintaining accurate compliance records and documentation
- Assisting with internal audits and monitoring activities
- Supporting advisers with regulatory queries and best practice guidance
- Helping implement and monitor compliance policies and procedures
Compliance Administrator - About You
- Experience in financial services administration or compliance (ideally within financial planning/wealth management)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good understanding of regulatory frameworks within financial services (desirable)
- Confident communicator with the ability to work collaboratively
- Ambition to develop within compliance and financial services
