About Us
We are a specialist construction recruitment business, supplying skilled professionals to clients across the UK. Due to increased operational requirements, we are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Compliance Administrator to join our Operations Team on an initial 3-6 month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator with a compliance, finance, payroll, or recruitment background who enjoys working in a structured environment where accuracy is essential.
The Role
As Compliance Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring our candidate records are accurate, complete, and compliant with client and legislative requirements.
Working closely with our recruitment consultants and operations team, you will be responsible for reviewing, validating, and maintaining candidate documentation while supporting client audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing and verifying candidate compliance documentation
- Checking and logging Right to Work documentation
- Processing DBS requests
- Processing and maintaining payroll-related documentation
- Ensuring candidate files are complete and up to date
- Maintaining compliance records and internal databases
- Liaising with recruitment consultants regarding outstanding documentation
- Supporting client compliance audits and information requests
- Monitoring compliance deadlines and document expiry dates
- Identifying and resolving compliance issues promptly
- Assisting with general operational administration as required
About You
The successful candidate will:
- Have exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Be highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Be comfortable working with confidential and sensitive information
- Possess strong communication skills and confidence liaising with internal stakeholders
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Be able to work independently and manage priorities effectively

Desirable Experience
- Previous experience in compliance administration
- Recruitment industry experience
- Finance, payroll, or accounts administration experience
- Experience supporting audits or maintaining compliance records
