Compliance Administrator Opportunity

We have a fantastic opportunity for a permanent Compliance Administrator to join our Northampton Schools account in Amey, 1st Floor Waterside House, Waterside Way, Northampton NN4 7XD – this role will be based on site.

The salary is dependent on experience

The standard hours of work are 37.5 hours per week. Monday - Friday

About the Role

Amey delivers facilities and estate management services to the Northampton Schools Private Finance Initiative across an estate of 42 schools (five secondary and 37 primary).

We work in partnership with our clients and end-users to ensure our 24/7 services are delivered to the highest standard with minimum impact or disruption to day-to-day operational requirements of the schools.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and maintain the PPM schedule for all assets and building systems.
  • Ensure timely execution of maintenance tasks in line with compliance and operational targets.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for maintenance activities, liaising with contractors and internal stakeholders.
  • Communicate schedules, priorities, and progress updates effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities within the CAFM/CMMS system.
  • Ensure adherence to UK statutory requirements and company health & safety policies.
  • Track and report on PPM completion rates and other KPIs to management.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
  • Coordinate availability of resources, spare parts, and personnel for scheduled work.
  • Support procurement and manage contractor performance against SLAs.

What You Will Bring

  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CAFM/CMMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of UK compliance standards for building maintenance.
