Compliance Administrator
📍 Stirling 💷 Up to 30k (depending on previous experience) ⏰ Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Compliance Administrator to join our growing team in Stirling. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a highly regulated environment and understands the importance of accuracy when handling pharmaceutical import, customs, and compliance documentation.
Working closely with the Quality, Warehouse, Finance, and Operations teams, you will play a key role in supporting the importation and distribution of pharmaceutical products by ensuring all documentation, records, and compliance processes are maintained to the highest standards.
This is a detail-focused position where precision is critical. You'll be responsible for reviewing, validating, and maintaining documentation relating to imported pharmaceutical products, supporting compliance activities, and ensuring records remain accurate, complete, and inspection-ready at all times.

About You
Ideally you will have:
- Previous experience in an administrative, compliance, quality, regulatory, or operational support role.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies and errors before they become issues.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong Excel and data management skills.
- Experience working with customs, import/export, pharmaceutical, healthcare, quality assurance, or regulatory documentation would be advantageous.
- The ability to interpret procedures and follow established processes with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and confidence liaising across multiple departments.
- Experience maintaining audit-ready records and supporting compliance activities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
