Location: KIMS Hospital, Maidstone

Contract: Permanent (37.5 Hours Per Week)

Salary: £24,784.50 per annum

Are you a highly organised administrator with a passion for accuracy, compliance and delivering an outstanding service?

We're looking for a Compliance Administrator to join our Recruitment & Training Team at KIMS Hospital. This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll play a key part in ensuring our new colleagues are recruited, onboarded and trained efficiently whilst maintaining the highest standards of compliance.

The majority of your role will focus on supporting Recruitment and Training activities. You'll work closely with candidates, hiring managers and colleagues across the hospital to ensure a seamless recruitment and onboarding experience. You'll also provide regular flexible administrative support across the wider hospital network to meet business needs.

What you'll be doing

  • Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process from offer through to onboarding.
  • Coordinating pre-employment compliance, including Right to Work, references, DBS and occupational health checks.
  • Preparing contracts, offer letters and new starter documentation.
  • Maintaining accurate recruitment, training and compliance records.
  • Coordinating corporate inductions and mandatory training for new starters.
  • Supporting Learning & Development administration, including training bookings, compliance reporting and e-learning.
  • Producing reports and supporting projects across the Recruitment & Training function.
  • Building positive relationships with candidates, managers and external providers to deliver an exceptional service.

What we're looking for

You'll be an experienced administrator who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys working with processes, compliance and people.

You'll Have

  • At least two years' experience in a compliance or administration role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working within a regulated environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • The ability to prioritise a varied workload and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths.

Experience of recruitment compliance within healthcare would be an advantage but isn't essential.
