About The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Compliance Administrator to join our team and provide essential administrative support to our operations teams across Northern Ireland.
This role is key to ensuring that administrative and compliance processes are completed accurately, efficiently and within required timescales. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, supporting data checks, completing documentation and providing day-to-day administrative support to managers and operational teams.
Working in a busy and fast-paced environment, you will play an important role in helping ensure our services remain organised, compliant and aligned with company standards and regulatory requirements.
As Compliance Administrator, you will:
- Complete administrative tasks accurately and within required timescales.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date and confidential records.
- Ensure information and data is recorded and maintained in line with company standards and procedures.
- Complete Data Subject Requests (DSRs) accurately and within required timescales.
- Carry out data checks and identify and resolve inconsistencies across systems.
- Support the preparation of documentation and records for audits, inspections and compliance reporting.
- Provide first-line administrative support to managers and operational teams.
- Monitor outstanding actions and follow up where required.
- Ensure documentation is completed, filed and maintained appropriately.
- Support the wider Compliance and Operations teams with administrative activities and projects.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation to support departmental objectives.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- At least 12 months' previous administrative experience, ideally within a compliance, healthcare or fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with computerised systems and maintaining accurate records.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a wider team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and completing tasks.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, organised and highly detail-focused, with a strong commitment to getting things right.
You will be comfortable working with data, systems and documentation and will have the ability to manage your workload effectively in a busy operational environment. You will also be confident communicating with colleagues at different levels and providing a responsive and professional administrative service.
