Job Title: Compliance Administrator
Location: Harrogate, North Yorkshire
Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Compliance Administrator to join a supportive team based in Harrogate. You will play a key role in ensuring colleagues across the organisation have the resources, information and administrative support they need to deliver high quality services.
This is a varied position offering the opportunity to develop knowledge across multiple business functions while working as part of a friendly, collaborative team.
Responsibilities Of Compliance Administrator
- Support the onboarding and induction of new team members
- Assist with finance, communications and event administration
- Provide administrative support across ICT, learning and development and quality compliance functions
- Maintain accurate records, systems and documentation
- Ensure resources and information are available to support day to day operations
- Deliver efficient administrative support across the organisation
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure services run smoothly and deadlines are met

Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience within administration
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and business systems
- Positive, proactive and team focused approach
- A flexible, "can do" attitude with the ability to manage a varied workload
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service and producing high quality work
