Compliance Advisory Manager
Location: London
Working pattern: 4 days in office / 1 day from home
We are partnering with a leading global asset manager to hire a Compliance Manager to support its growing EMEA ETF business.
This is a high-visibility advisory role with exposure across the full ETF product lifecycle. You’ll work closely with Product, Distribution, Investments, Legal and Compliance, providing practical, commercially focused compliance advice.

Key responsibilities
- Advise the EMEA ETF business on compliance and regulatory matters
- Support new ETF launches and changes to existing products
- Provide guidance on product governance and regulatory implications
- Review PRIIPs KIDs and other investor-facing documentation
- Assess regulatory developments and translate them into practical business actions
- Support regulatory change implementation and stakeholder readiness
What we’re looking for

- Compliance Advisory experience within asset management
- Ideally, experience across ETFs, UCITS or product advisory
- Strong understanding of fund structures and investment fund regulation
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to provide pragmatic, commercial advice
