Job Description
The Compliance Analyst plays an important role in identifying and monitoring compliance risks while supporting the development and implementation of effective internal controls.
The successful candidate will work closely with Compliance, Risk, Legal, and other business teams to review processes, monitor regulatory developments, and support internal reporting and compliance-related activities.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Monitoring compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and internal procedures.
- Supporting compliance reviews, assessments, and monitoring activities.
- Identifying potential compliance risks and escalating issues when appropriate.
- Assisting with the development and maintenance of internal policies and procedures.
- Monitoring regulatory developments and assessing their potential impact on the business.
- Supporting the preparation of compliance reports and documentation.
- Collaborating with Risk, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Supporting internal audits and regulatory requests where required.
- Maintaining accurate records of compliance activities and controls.

The role is ideal for analytical and detail-oriented professionals with a strong interest in regulation, risk management, and corporate governance. Previous experience in compliance, risk, financial services, or another regulated environment is considered an advantage, although junior candidates with a relevant academic background and strong analytical skills may also be considered.

Requirements
- Degree in Law, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good understanding of compliance and regulatory principles
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Previous experience in compliance, risk, or financial services is considered an advantage
- Excellent command of English
