Compliance Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Compliance Analyst based in United Kingdom.

As a Compliance Analyst, you will play an important role in supporting governance, reporting, and policy management within a highly regulated and fast-paced environment. Working closely with compliance, risk, and cross-functional teams, you will help ensure regulatory processes are well documented, reporting is accurate, and internal policies remain aligned across multiple jurisdictions. You will contribute to executive reporting, coordinate key compliance initiatives, and maintain strong collaboration with stakeholders across global teams. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys organizing complex information, improving processes, and driving operational excellence. You'll have the opportunity to make a tangible impact while working in a collaborative, international environment that values continuous learning and innovation.

Accountabilities

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and management materials for a variety of stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and clear communication.
  • Analyze compliance data, monitor key metrics, and produce recurring reports for leadership, board members, and regional compliance teams.
  • Track ongoing initiatives, remediation actions, and project milestones while maintaining regular reporting cadences.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of reporting inputs and compliance-related documentation.
  • Support the review, maintenance, and governance of policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Assist in ensuring policy documentation aligns with regulatory requirements, internal standards, and organizational templates.
  • Maintain accurate records of governance documentation, approval workflows, and document lifecycle status.
  • Facilitate policy review schedules, obtain required stakeholder approvals, and contribute to the continuous improvement of governance processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to promote consistency and operational efficiency across compliance activities.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in compliance, risk management, governance, audit, project coordination, operations, or a similar administrative role within financial services, fintech, banking, or another regulated industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder relationships simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
  • Proven experience coordinating projects, following up on deliverables, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare professional reports, presentations, and executive-level documentation.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, monitor performance, and escalate issues when appropriate.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively across different teams, functions, regions, and time zones.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Interest in leveraging AI tools to improve reporting, documentation, workflow management, and overall productivity is considered an advantage.
