ABOUT VIBANX

Vibanx (Canada) Ltd is a FINTRAC-registered Money Services Business (MSB) providing international payment solutions to corporate clients through a network of regulated payment partners.

We're a growing business with a lean, collaborative team where everyone has the opportunity to make a genuine impact. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Compliance Analyst to join our Compliance team and take an active role in the day-to-day management of our financial crime compliance activities.

THE ROLE

As a Compliance Analyst, you'll be responsible for a broad range of day-to-day compliance activities across customer onboarding, AML/ATF, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring and ongoing customer oversight. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who already has practical compliance experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review corporate customer onboarding applications and conduct KYC/KYB and due diligence checks.
  • Carry out and assess sanctions, PEP and adverse media screening.
  • Review transaction monitoring alerts and investigate unusual or potentially suspicious activity.
  • Conduct customer risk assessments, enhanced due diligence, ongoing monitoring and periodic reviews of existing customers.
  • Maintain accurate compliance records, procedures, registers and audit trails.
  • Respond to compliance-related enquiries from internal teams, payment partners and other third parties.
  • Support responses to enquiries from regulators and law enforcement agencies.
  • Assist with the testing and improvement of compliance systems, controls and processes.
  • Identify and escalate higher-risk or unusual matters in line with internal procedures.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
