Role Overview
As a Compliance Analyst, you will play an important role in supporting the UK compliance function in delivering the annual compliance plan, and all of the compliance systems and controls applicable to Lockton.

Your role will involve interaction with stakeholders across our entire business and is generalist in nature, so there will be plenty of opportunity to get involved in a broad range of compliance projects and emerging regulation.
This role is well suited to a recent graduate with a genuine interest in pursuing a long-term career in Compliance. We will provide the training, support, and development needed to build strong foundations for a successful and rewarding career.
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
- Support delivery of the compliance plan and monitoring programme
- Support horizon scanning helping Lockton stay ahead of regulatory developments.
- Assist with regulatory returns
- Provide advice to business teams and responding to compliance queries
- Involved with regulatory monitoring and reporting
- Producing MI and reports for governance committees
- Contributing to the Compliance Team’s planning process and projects
- Develop good knowledge of the FCA Handbook
