We are looking for a Compliance Analyst to help ensure the accuracy, quality and compliance of our water quality and environmental data. In this role, you'll analyse and interpret data, support the development and use of key systems, and provide valuable insight that helps us meet regulatory requirements and deliver excellent service to our customers. This role is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
You'll be responsible for producing regulatory returns for organisations such as the DWI, Ofwat and Environment Agency, as well as providing information to local authorities. You'll also create performance reports using advanced databases and spreadsheets, work with data providers to ensure data accuracy and consistency, support compliance against annual sampling plans, and deliver training and guidance to users of water quality and environmental systems.

You’ll be based at our Headquarters in Coventry. You’ll work within our Water Quality and Environment Compliance Team. With this being such a critical role, we’re looking for someone who can join us 37 hours a week.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
To be successful, it’s expected to have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines and manage stakeholders accordingly.
You’ll ideally be in a scientific discipline, preferable Microbiology or Chemistry, with excellent skills in Excel, SQL, Power BI /Power Apps and GIS systems. Knowledge of DWI, Ofwat and EA requirements with respect to provision of regulatory submissions and information would also be beneficial.
