Ethics & Compliance Analyst and Project Support
Global Infrastructure Client (City of London) Three-month FTC | London | Hybrid
We’re supporting a city-based global infrastructure organisation seeking a proactive Ethics & Compliance Analyst and Project Support professional to join their Global Ethics & Compliance team during a key period of transition.
This three-month role blends compliance activity with hands-on project coordination, supporting new processes, systems, and programme initiatives across a complex, international business.
Key Responsibilities
- Support compliance activities including due diligence, screening, conflicts, whistleblowing administration, monitoring, and reporting.
- Provide flexible operational and project support during a period of change.
- Coordinate project plans, actions, risks, issues, and progress reporting.
- Gather, validate, and analyse information for decision-making and management reporting.
- Maintain procedures, process maps, guidance, templates, and project documentation.
- Support stakeholder engagement, meetings, testing, communications, and implementation activity.
- Ensure accurate, controlled records and escalate sensitive matters appropriately.

- Experience in compliance, risk, audit, project support, or an analytical role.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to balance BAU and project work effectively.
- Clear communication and confident stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint).
- Practical, adaptable, and discreet approach to sensitive information.
- Experience with due diligence, screening, or case management systems (desirable).
