Working with a private, independent investment manager seeking a Compliance Analyst to join their London team on an initial 6-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in Financial Promotions who is looking to broaden their experience within a collaborative compliance function. The role supports hybrid working and pays circa £50,000–£60,000 pro rata.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve financial promotions to ensure compliance with FCA rules and internal policies.
  • Provide day-to-day compliance advisory support to marketing and business stakeholders on financial promotions requirements.
  • Assist with the ongoing development and enhancement of compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Support compliance monitoring activities and contribute to regulatory reporting where required.
  • Keep abreast of regulatory developments and provide guidance on changes impacting financial promotions.
