Responsibilities

  • Maintain compliance checklists, evidence inventories, and action trackers for assigned reviews
  • Collect requested records from colleagues, check them for completeness, and flag missing or inconsistent information
  • Assist with routine control checks and document results using established review procedures
  • Track policy acknowledgements, training records, and follow-up actions where required by the assigned process
  • Organise supporting material for internal reviews and respond to requests for documented evidence
  • Escalate potential exceptions to the responsible colleague and maintain a clear record of decisions and next steps

Qualification

Required

  • Entry-level candidates are welcome; relevant experience may come from coursework, internships, volunteering, or administrative projects
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to organise records accurately
  • Clear written communication in English and ability to summarise evidence objectively
  • Comfort with spreadsheets, document management, and following a defined review process
  • Careful handling of confidential information, willingness to seek guidance, and reliable remote collaboration
