Responsibilities
- Maintain compliance checklists, evidence inventories, and action trackers for assigned reviews
- Collect requested records from colleagues, check them for completeness, and flag missing or inconsistent information
- Assist with routine control checks and document results using established review procedures
- Track policy acknowledgements, training records, and follow-up actions where required by the assigned process
- Organise supporting material for internal reviews and respond to requests for documented evidence
- Escalate potential exceptions to the responsible colleague and maintain a clear record of decisions and next steps

Qualification
Required
- Entry-level candidates are welcome; relevant experience may come from coursework, internships, volunteering, or administrative projects
- Strong attention to detail and ability to organise records accurately
- Clear written communication in English and ability to summarise evidence objectively
- Comfort with spreadsheets, document management, and following a defined review process
- Careful handling of confidential information, willingness to seek guidance, and reliable remote collaboration

Preferred
- Introductory knowledge of risk management, compliance operations, privacy, or internal controls
- Experience maintaining an evidence checklist, audit file, or policy documentation project
- Interest in learning how organisations monitor controls and resolve documented exceptions
