About Us

Peratera is a UK-based fintech company, founded in 2022 and authorised by the FCA as an Electronic Money Institution. We are building a modern, all-in-one payment platform that enables businesses to manage global payments and financial operations seamlessly.

Our solution allows companies to open multi-currency accounts, send and receive payments worldwide, and manage cross-border transactions from a single platform. Our mission is to simplify global finance and remove friction from international business operations.

Your Mission

Peratera is looking for an experienced Compliance Analyst to support our Compliance team, with a primary focus on business customer onboarding and KYB, alongside transaction monitoring and ongoing customer reviews.

You will assess corporate customers, analyse ownership structures and risk profiles, support enhanced due diligence, and help identify and escalate potential financial crime risks. The role offers the opportunity to work with international businesses across fintech, payments, EMI and FX sectors.

Your Tech Environment

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct end-to-end KYB onboarding and due diligence for corporate customers
  • Review complex ownership structures, UBOs, directors and associated parties
  • Assess customers operating in fintech, payments, FX, financial services and other higher-risk sectors
  • Complete customer risk assessments and identify when EDD is required
  • Review source of funds/source of wealth and expected business/payment activity where appropriate
  • Conduct PEP, sanctions and adverse-media screening and escalate material concerns
  • Prepare clear onboarding summaries and recommendations for Compliance approval
  • Support periodic and trigger-based reviews of existing customers
  • Assist with transaction monitoring alerts, investigations and escalation of unusual activity
  • Work closely with Compliance, Operations and Commercial teams to resolve onboarding queries efficiently
  • Maintain accurate compliance records and ensure onboarding files meet internal and regulatory standards

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
