A leading trade association is looking to hire a Compliance Analyst to support the internal Compliance programme and assist with market development projects, with a focus on due diligence & screening.

Job Requirements

  • Complete Know Your Customer (KYC) / Due Diligence checks on prospective and existing Members and Service Providers
  • Responsible for ensuring all client documentation is handled and filed appropriately in line with our policies
  • Supporting brand protection and infringement measures with investigation and market intelligence gathering to protect the reputation of the association
  • Supporting the Senior Compliance Associate with the facilitation and associated workstreams of the Regulatory Affairs Committee
  • Managing any compliance-related work processes through CRM systems
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating Compliance Contacts information in the CRM
  • An interest in developing a knowledge of UK and European compliance regulations and the relevant regulatory industry is essential
  • Good skills with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe packages
  • First-class organisational skills, with ability to handle a high volume, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong business writing and proof-reading skills are essential
