Group Risk & Compliance Analyst
A growing financial services organisation is looking for a Risk & Compliance Analyst to join its Second Line of Defence team. The role offers broad exposure across risk, compliance, financial crime and assurance, with a strong focus on reporting, governance, controls and process improvement.

- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to produce clear reporting and turn data into meaningful insight
- Process-minded with an interest in technology and continuous improvement

- Experience in risk, compliance, assurance, financial crime, internal audit or controls
- Exposure to reporting, governance, risk events, control testing or assurance activities
- Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Strong evidence of taking ownership, meeting deadlines and driving tasks through to completion
- Second Line of Defence experience is beneficial but not essential
