Job Description
About the Role
You will work closely with the Connect to Work team leader and employment specialists to ensure all administrative and compliance activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with contractual requirements for the Connect to Work contract (St Helens & Wirral delivery areas). You will support the delivery of the Connect to Work programme by maintaining high-quality records, preparing for audits, and helping ensure compliance with contract, data security, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Supporting compliance & administration activities across the Liverpool Connect to Work programme
- Assisting the Employment Specialists with accuracy of participant and programme records on the CRM system.
- Supporting data quality checks, file reviews, and audit activity to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
- Assisting with the preparation of documentation required for internal audits, external audits, and monitoring activity.
- Supporting compliance processes associated with Catch22, Liverpool City Region Combined Authority, and the prime provider's quality standards.
- Assisting with fidelity checks and quality assurance activity to help ensure delivery aligns with the Supported Employment Fidelity Scale (SEQF) framework.
- Ensuring information is managed securely and in accordance with GDPR, data protection, and information security requirements.
- Providing administrative support to programme delivery, meetings, events, and operational activities as required.

Qualifications
Educated to GCSE level
Essential Criteria
- Understanding of compliance, GDPR, and data security requirements.
- Strong administration and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience of maintaining accurate records and CRM systems.
- Ability to conduct data quality checks and support audit activities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Experience within employability, welfare-to-work, skills, or related support services programmes.
Additional Information
- Salary: £28,000 - £28,500
- Hours: 37 hours per week
- Contract: Full-time, permanent
- Hybrid Working: Expectation of being office based at least 3 days a week in Liverpool
