Compliance and Regulation Business Partner
Hybrid - Milton Keynes, Rushden, Peterborough or Boston
Permanent, Full-Time role
£47,656 per year
Are you experienced in compliance and regulation, with the knowledge and skills to help organisations meet their obligations? Join Amplius as a Compliance and Regulation Business Partner, supporting our Governance, Compliance and Regulation Team to strengthen compliance practices, provide assurance and help teams across the organisation maintain high standards.
Salary: £47,656 per year
Contract: Permanent, full time
Your week: 36.25 hours - Monday to Friday 9am to 5.15pm
Location: Hybrid - weekly office presence in Milton Keynes, Rushden, Peterborough or Boston.

Snapshot of your role
- Support the Head of Compliance and Regulation with delivering Amplius’ compliance framework.
- Help maintain policies, processes and regulatory requirements, supporting audits and reviews.
- Work with teams across Amplius to review information, identify gaps and improve compliance practices.
- Create and track action plans to address areas of improvement and support ongoing assurance.
- Maintain compliance records, frameworks and shared systems to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
- Provide advice on compliance queries, keep up to date with regulatory changes and work with stakeholders to promote a positive compliance culture.

What you’ll need to thrive in this role
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience working within a compliance environment.
- Experience working in a compliance environment, with knowledge or experience of housing sector compliance.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.
- Flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to respond to changing business needs.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust, work collaboratively and engage with colleagues at all levels.
- Pragmatic approach to risk management, balancing compliance requirements with operational needs.
- Takes ownership of work, delivers high-quality outcomes and contributes positively as part of a team.
