Are you looking to start a career in sustainability, responsible sourcing or product safety, where the work you do has a real purpose?
At Track Record Global, we help businesses understand where their products and materials come from, how they have been sourced, and whether the products they sell are safe, legal and compliant.
We're looking for someone at the start of their career who is curious, analytical and wants to develop expertise across both Responsible Sourcing and Product Compliance.
You don't need to be an expert. We'll train you to be.
Within Responsible Sourcing
- You'll learn how to investigate and assess global supply chains, particularly timber and other natural materials.
- You'll review evidence, trace materials back towards source and help determine whether they have been legally and responsibly sourced.
Within Product Compliance
- You'll help major retailers make sure the products they sell are safe and legal.
- You'll learn how to review technical documentation, product test reports and certificates, understanding the evidence needed to demonstrate that products meet the relevant requirements.

We're particularly interested in people with a degree, background or genuine interest in areas such as sustainability, environmental management, forestry, geography, natural resources or supply chain management. Equally, you may be interested in product safety, testing, technical compliance, quality or understanding how everyday products are made safe for consumers.
More than anything, we're looking for someone who enjoys looking at information, asking questions and working things out. You'll need good attention to detail, sound judgement and the confidence to make decisions based on evidence.
In return, we'll give you full training and the opportunity to build specialist knowledge across responsible sourcing, global supply chains, sustainability legislation, product safety and technical compliance.
