As a Compliance Associate at CPT Markets UK, you will gain hands-on experience across a broad range of regulatory and compliance activities within a FCA-regulated brokerage.
The role provides exposure to key areas including FCA regulatory requirements, MiFID II, UK EMIR, AML/financial crime, client onboarding, regulatory reporting, compliance monitoring, and risk management.
You will work closely with the Compliance team and wider business to support the effective implementation of the firm's compliance framework, assist with regulatory reviews and monitoring, investigate potential issues, and help ensure the business operates in line with applicable regulatory requirements.

Key areas of responsibility include:
- Supporting day-to-day compliance monitoring and oversight
- Assisting with FCA and regulatory reporting requirements
- Reviewing client onboarding and classification
- Supporting AML and financial crime controls
- Monitoring trading activity and regulatory requirements
- Assisting with compliance reviews, investigations, and remediation
- Keeping up to date with FCA, UK, and international regulatory developments
- Working with internal teams to promote a strong compliance culture
