We are seeking a Compliance Business Analyst (BA) who will provide expertise on compliance processes and systems, collaborating on complex projects that engage compliance stakeholders. The role encompasses all project phases, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of delivered solutions. Must have Equities product Knowledge, Regulatory experience and Murex is a nice have.
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform requirements gathering and produce Business Requirements & Functional Specification documents, obtaining necessary approvals.
- Engage in all aspects of the Project Development Lifecycle, including:
- Formulating and presenting proposed solutions to business users.
- Creating testing approaches, test plans, and test cases.
- Conducting system integration testing and supporting user acceptance testing.
- Compiling and presenting test results.
- Completing project/workstream status reports.
- Ensuring project documents are complete, current, and properly stored.
- Escalating issues/risks to management.
- Providing subject matter expertise to support Technical initiatives.
- Promoting a dynamic, delivery-driven culture that collaborates with business units for responsive resolutions.
- Complying with relevant security and compliance procedures.
- Encouraging an inclusive and diverse culture aligned with organizational values.
- Building relationships across the bank and establishing a strong peer network.

Key Requirements:
- Business analysis experience in a top-tier bank or consultancy.
- Experience with Regulatory reporting projects, including SEC requirements.
- Essential knowledge of Equities products.
- Experience in system analysis with Tech leads, Developers, and Testing teams.
- High proficiency in Murex software.
- Understanding of project life cycle and related documentation creation.
- Experience in Compliance or Financial Crime fields.
- Familiarity with various project delivery methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile.
- Knowledge of SQL for data querying.
- Effective communication skills at all organizational levels.
