As Clear continues to grow, we're looking for a Compliance Business Partner to help our leaders and colleagues navigate regulation, manage risk effectively and deliver positive customer outcomes.
This is a role for someone who enjoys building relationships, influencing decisions and turning complex regulatory requirements into practical business solutions.
You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business, providing guidance, challenge and insight that helps teams make informed decisions while meeting their regulatory obligations.
Acting as a trusted partner, you'll support governance, risk management and business change activities, helping ensure compliance remains an enabler of growth and good customer outcomes.

You'll become part of a collaborative Compliance team that plays an important role in supporting Clear through growth, change and an evolving regulatory environment.
We're looking for someone with strong insurance compliance knowledge, excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate regulatory requirements in a clear, practical and commercially focused way. Someone who can balance challenge with collaboration and help colleagues make confident, informed decisions.
