Compliance Business Partner | London | 2/3 days a week in the office | £65,000 IRO

IDEX Consulting are currently partnered with a global insurance broking business on an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step into a Business Partner role. This is a great opportunity to move beyond a traditional risk or compliance role and gain genuine exposure to the business, working closely with senior stakeholders across the London insurance market.

You’ll join an established, senior Risk & Compliance team where you’ll benefit from strong training, coaching and development, while being given the opportunity to build your own stakeholder relationships and develop into a trusted Business Partner.

The role will see you working alongside the business on new products, processes, operating models, regulatory change and strategic initiatives, providing advice, challenge and practical solutions rather than simply reviewing from the sidelines.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
